Unique opportunity for UK youth players to train like professionals while on holiday in Orlando

London, UK – 14 September 2025 – Football in Florida, founded by UK coach Kevin Iddon, has announced an exciting new partnership with OSS, the official youth development arm of Orlando City SC. The collaboration offers UK-based youth players the chance to train with licensed coaches in Florida while enjoying their family holiday.

Inspired by the interest generated after Kevin’s own son trained with OSS during a family trip, Football in Florida was created to give young players a unique opportunity to stay sharp, gain new experiences, and develop their skills in a professional football environment.

Sessions available include:

  • Team training sessions

  • Small group coaching (maximum four players)

  • 1-to-1 elite coaching

  • Friendly scrimmages (subject to availability)

  • Personalised coach feedback cards for every player

  • Optional OSS training shirt, customised with player initials and delivered to the UK before travel

Kevin Iddon said:
“The idea grew from families asking how my son was able to train in Orlando during our holiday. There are thousands of football-mad kids who head to Florida every year, and this partnership allows them to experience professional coaching, stay sharp while away from their clubs, and create unforgettable memories.”

The programme has been designed with flexibility in mind so that sessions can fit easily around family holiday plans. Parents can book in advance, receive confirmation before travelling, and ensure their child has an authentic football experience in the Sunshine State.
